A major drawback of working from home or a small, cramped office is that your work premises are unlikely to impress clients or potential business partners.
One of the benefits of becoming a member of The Workspace is that you’ll have use of modern, well-appointed meeting rooms and, at an hour rate, even a fully equipped boardroom.
Meeting rooms at The Workspace
At The Workspace, we know how important it is to create a great first impression. It’s also important to have a closed, comfortable space where you can meet with business partners or your team, free of distractions from passers-by.
Given the costs of renting traditional office space, few entrepreneurs or small businesses can afford their own dedicated meeting rooms.
At The Workspace, you’ll have access to meeting rooms as part and parcel of your serviced office or coworking agreement – at no extra charge. Our meeting rooms are fully enclosed, furnished, well lit and professionally decorated.
Boardrooms at The Workspace
For a larger meeting or training session – or to make the ultimate impression on a potential client or business partner – any member of The Workspace can make use of a fully equipped boardroom, at an affordable hourly rate.
Just book an on-site boardroom for the time when you’ll need it. Boardroom use is scheduled according to a simple first-come, first-serve system.
Along with comfortable seating and professional décor, our boardrooms include video conferencing equipment and features such as whiteboards, projectors, screens and auxiliary equipment.
Benefit from an address in a prime business area
When clients or business associates meet you at a branch of The Workspace, they’ll be coming to a location in a prime business area. Then they’ll enter our professionally decorated reception areas and be greeted by our friendly receptionists, before being guided to the meeting room or boardroom where you’ve planned to meet.
Along with meeting rooms and boardrooms, all branches of The Workspace feature plenty of comfortable, open areas for informal meetings – so you can chat with clients or colleagues, or socialise before or after more formal meetings.
