In May, members at three of our branches enjoyed themed networking events.
These events are designed to help our members get to know one another and promote their businesses. They also add some fun to the workplace!
Mexican Fiesta at The Club, Pretoria
Our branch in The Club lifestyle centre in Pretoria hosted a networking event with a Mexican Fiesta theme – ideal for adding a bit of colour, warmth and exuberance to the start of winter.
The Mexican-inspired food and décor were a hit, and members started to mingle straight away. Everybody met someone new and made new connections.
A special thanks to Yoco for sponsoring the drinks at our Pretoria networking function.
Melrose Arch goes Mexican
Members at our Melrose Arch branch also enjoyed a Mexican Fiesta theme, with colourful party décor and classic Mexican foods, from enchiladas to empanadas, gazpacho, guacamole and more.
Everyone enjoyed the opportunity to mingle, find out about one another’s businesses and simply relax.
Networking over brunch at Morningside Manor
Our Morningside Manor branch hosted a networking event with a brunch.
Members enjoyed learning about each other’s businesses, building relationships and taking a break from their usual work routines, with a tempting assortment of croissants, mini quiches, cold cuts, muffins and more.
As well as chatting informally, several of our Morningside Manor members took the opportunity to speak about their businesses.
Thanks to the following businesses for their interesting talks:

Helping members promote their businesses
The Workspace organises regular networking events, as a way to help members get to know one another and learn about and support each other’s businesses.
An advantage of our serviced offices and coworking is that they bring a diverse group of small businesses and skilled professionals together, under one roof.
This creates opportunities for mutually beneficial business relationships, as well as new friendships.
As a member at The Workspace, you might find that services your company needs are available from people who work in the same building. It’s also common for our members to refer business to one another.
These kinds of supportive relationships benefit everyone, adding to business success and making the work environment a happier place.
At The Workspace, we offer affordable, fully serviced offices and coworking, and all our members have access to meeting rooms, boardrooms and a range of business services. For more information or to book a tour of one of our branches, call us on 0861 250 259 or contact us online.
