Offering a modern, flexible working environment with great services and outstanding facilities, The Workspace Centurion is the ideal place to locate your business. Our facility is conveniently located off the N1 and N14 off-ramps, just a short distance from the Centurion Gautrain station. We also offer our clients free parking.

Serviced offices

The Workspace Centurion offers 46 fully serviced offices. These range in size from one person offices to larger offices accommodating up to 15 people. All offices are available either furnished or unfurnished, and offer high speed fibre internet with wi-fi. Your office will be cleaned weekly with daily emptying of bins.

Coworking

Coworking allows you to work in an open-plan area for a set number of hours per month, providing a cost-effective alternative that encourages collaboration.

Our Centurion coworking space includes comfortable seating, desks and coffee-making facilities in a tastefully decorated common area. It also offers access to two meeting rooms, a boardroom and full business services. High speed fibre internet with wi-fi is available.

And if you’re a member you’ll be able to use any The Workspace location nationwide on a booking basis.

Coworking is available on the following affordable packages:

THE package @ R3400 per person/per month plus VAT

  • this package provides you with eight hours per day, or 160 hours per month.
  • within the above hours, you will have access to a meeting room for up to eight hours per month.

WORK package @ R1900 per person/per month plus VAT

  • this package provides you with four hours per day and 80 hours per month
  • within the above hours you will have access to a meeting room for four hours per month.

SPACE package @ R950 per person/per month plus VAT

  • this package provides you with two hours per day or 40 hours per month
  • within the above hours you will have access to a meeting room for 2 hours per month.

Retail park

The Workspace Centurion is home to a retail park. 24 retail spaces are available in this facility, which is popular amongst light industrial companies selling directly to the consumer.
