    The Workspace offers 78 serviced offices to rent across two floors in the main mall precinct of Melrose Arch. Whether you work alone or need to accommodate a team of up to nine people, we have a serviced office to suit you.

    All our offices are furnished. Our friendly cleaning staff empty bins daily and clean each office weekly.

    Members in our serviced offices have access to branch facilities, including meeting rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable lounge and kitchen areas. Each serviced office also comes with 10 hours of free boardroom use – ideal for meeting clients.

    The Workspace Melrose Arch features a tastefully decorated coworking area with comfortable seating, power points and high speed fibre internet access with wi-fi. Coffee and tea making facilities are available in this area, and our coworking clients also have access to nearby meeting rooms, a fully equipped boardroom and an outdoor balcony and smoking area.
