    We’re conveniently located close to both Sandton and the suburbs of Johannesburg North. Our members enjoy access to comfortable seating areas, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, free covered parking and more.

    Serviced offices

    The Workspace offers 40 spacious offices to rent in Sunninghill. We cater to a variety of business sizes, with offices ranging from spaces suitable for solo entrepreneurs to teams of up to ten people.

    All offices are furnished and provide access to high-speed fibre internet and Wi-Fi. Each office is cleaned weekly, with daily emptying of bins.

    Coworking allows you to work in an open-plan area for a set number of hours per month, providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional office space.

    Coworking space with comfortable seating and fast internet access is offered in the common area of The Workspace Sunninghill. All our coworking packages include access to adjacent meeting rooms for a specified number of hours each month.

    Our members also enjoy on-site printing, copying and courier services; kitchen facilities; and use of an informal outdoor braai area.

    As a member, you can use any branch of The Workspace nationwide, on a booking basis.
