The Workspace Sunninghill provides you with a relaxed, friendly business environment and modern office facilities on affordable, flexible terms. We’re conveniently located in close proximity to both Sandton and the suburbs of Johannesburg North, and our clients enjoy access to free covered parking.

Serviced offices

The Workspace offers 40 spacious offices to rent in Sunninghill. We cater to a variety of business sizes, ranging from solo entrepreneurs to teams of up to ten people. All of our offices are furnished and are equipped with free high-speed fibre and wi-fi internet connectivity. Each office is cleaned weekly with daily emptying of bins.

Availability and pricing for our serviced offices varies, so please contact our branch to get a quote or book a free tour of available offices. Our branch managers would be happy to answer your questions and introduce you to the many benefits of locating your business at The Workspace.

Coworking

Coworking allows you to work in an open-plan area for a set number of hours per month, providing a cost-effective alternative that encourages collaboration.

Coworking space is offered in the common area of The Workspace Sunninghill. You’ll have access to comfortable seating and desks or tables, as well as our informal outdoor braai area. All our coworking packages offer access to adjacent meeting rooms for a specified number of hours each month, and you’ll also have the option of using one of our large boardrooms when you need to host larger meetings.

And if you’re a member you’ll be able to use any The Workspace location nationwide on a booking basis.

The following coworking packages are available:

DEDICATED DESKS

EXECUTIVE package @ R5,290 per person per month, including VAT (available only at select branches)

  • unlimited access to coworking facilities and a locker
  • limited access for a guest
  • a dedicated desk
  • uncapped fibre optic Wi-Fi
  • call forwarding
  • call answering in your company’s name and voicemail retrieval
  • access to a boardroom for up to ten hours per month
  • option to pay per month for an extra person
  • use of a business address and a dedicated telephone line.

THE package @ R4,313 per person per month, including VAT

  • unlimited access to coworking facilities and a locker
  • uncapped fibre optic Wi-Fi
  • access to a boardroom for up to eight hours per month
  • option to pay per month for an extra person
  • call answering in your company’s name and voicemail retrieval
  • use of a business address and a dedicated telephone line.

HOT DESKING

WORK package @ R2,634 per person per month, including VAT

  • four hours per day/80 hours per month of access to coworking
  • uncapped fibre optic Wi-Fi
  • access to a boardroom for four hours per month, within the above hours
  • call answering in your company’s name and voicemail retrieval
  • use of a business address and a dedicated telephone line.

SPACE package @ R1,582 per person per month, including VAT

  • two hours per day/40 hours per month of access to coworking
  • uncapped fibre optic Wi-Fi
  • access to a boardroom for 2 hours per month, within the above hours
  • call answering in your company’s name and voicemail retrieval
  • use of a business address and a dedicated telephone line.

DAY package @ R380 per person per day, including VAT

  • one day of access to coworking facilities

  • unlimited tea and coffee.

VIRTUAL package @ R823 per person per month, including VAT

  • use of a business address and dedicated telephone line
  • answering of calls in your company’s name, call forwarding and voicemail retrieval
  • 5% discount on use of a boardroom.

The Workspace Sunninghill offers the convenience of on-site storage facilities. Our storage units range in size from 5m2 to 17m2. Speak to our branch manager for more information on the availability of units and rental prices.
