Located just off the M1 highway, The Workspace Wynberg offers modern coworking space and affordable serviced offices on flexible agreements. Our branch not only provides friendly and efficient service, but also boasts a number of value-added facilities including a conferencing auditorium, free covered parking and an on-site café.
48 offices are available at The Workspace Wynberg ranging in size from single occupant offices to team offices accommodating up to six people. Your office will provide both high speed fibre and wi-fi internet access. Offices are furnished and our friendly cleaning staff will clean your office weekly and empty your bins daily.

Coworking allows you to work in an open-plan area for a set number of hours per month, providing a cost-effective alternative that encourages collaboration.
The Workspace Wynberg is ideal for coworking. Our coworking area offers comfortable private booths with flat-screen TVs, open plan desks with access to power points and internet cables, and comfortable lounge seating for informal meetings. Clients have access to adjacent meeting rooms according to the terms of their coworking package. Boardrooms and conferencing facilities are also available and charged on a pay-as-you-go basis. A café is located in our coworking area, serving coffee, snacks and light meals.
And if you’re a member you’ll be able to use any The Workspace location nationwide on a booking basis.
Coworking is available on the following affordable packages:
THE package @ R3400 per person/per month plus VAT
- this package provides you with eight hours per day, or 160 hours per month.
- within the above hours, you will have access to a meeting room for up to eight hours per month.
WORK package @ R1900 per person/per month plus VAT
- this package provides you with four hours per day and 80 hours per month
- within the above hours you will have access to a meeting room for four hours per month.
SPACE package @ R950 per person/per month plus VAT
- this package provides you with two hours per day or 40 hours per month
- within the above hours you will have access to a meeting room for 2 hours per month.
The Workspace Wynberg offers you the convenience of access to on-site storage units. The storage section of our branch features storage units ranging in size from 3m2 to 19m2.
